At the Sunshine Bar, Hazel proves to be a tough nut to crack as Jesse tries to pry information from her about Tad's missing daughter. Intrigued by Adam's tale, Opal agrees to play ghostbuster at the Chandler mansion. Angie is delighted to find the wedding dress of her dreams. Startled to recognize Treena, Babe realizes she erred badly in not believing JR's story. Julia decides to accept a job as head nurse in a prestigious hospital in Australia and make a fresh start for herself and Kathy. Dixie returns to jeer at Adam, whose frustration grows when Opal is unable to see the blithe spirit.

Finding Stephanie in the guesthouse, Ridge asks if she's seen Eric today. Explaining she's put off moving out until after the ceremony, she admits that he didn't seem so sure about marrying Donna yesterday. Stephanie helps Pam get ready for the ceremony. Upset about Eric's decision, Pam invites her sister to go move to Chicago with her. Stephanie laughs at the idea and asks her sister to stop with the dirty tricks against Donna. She also admits she doesn't think Eric will go through with the wedding.

Daniel resents it when he arrives at the Pub and complains to Martino about being forced to cancel his travel plans. Martino tells the doctor that he wants him to examine his daughter's case. Kate introduces Daniel to the gangster and Martino explains that his daughter's doctor gave her the wrong medication. He asks Daniel to examine Ava and make sure that she is going to be all right. Daniel guesses she needs a psychiatrist and Daniel refuses and walks out. Meanwhile, Lexie announces to Roman that she considers Ava healthy now and ready to face the consequences of her actions so she is releasing her.

Back from her shoot in L.A., Cane urges Lily to take some time for herself but she insists on working as scheduled. Later, he agrees to have a "first date" with her as she gets her life going again after losing the baby. At her first Jabot meeting, Victoria comes up with a suggestion to tie in Fresh Faces with a "green" product line and while everyone seems to like her idea, Brad and Jill privately hold back their approval. Jill encourages Brad to keep up the good work. David suggests to an enthused Nikki that Jabot sponsor the premiere of a new "rain forest-based" movie.

Brad catches Liberty with new sunglasses so she lies that she borrowed them from one of her new friends at school. Jack's not happy to see the violent video game Parker just bought and then asks where he got the money for the purchase. Jack brings Parker to tell Brad and Katie about the money Liberty won. Brad calls school and learns his daughter hasn't been going. He lectures her about attending school but she's unfazed by his threat to "lay down the law." After she leaves, Katie worries to Brad that his daughter needs more discipline but he responds that he's arranged for her to get the room next to theirs at the Lakeview. He calls Janet to leave a message about getting together and Katie remarks that she's not much of a "hands-on mom." Parker can't believe it when Liberty skips school again.

Langston and Markko agree to maintain their pregnancy ruse to keep Dorian and the Mannings in the dark about Starr's bun in the oven. Adriana tells Layla she intends to ensure that no one else finds out about Rex being Shane's dad. Meanwhile, Rex apologizes to Gigi for kissing her. Natalie decides not to burst her mother's bubble by revealing the truth about Charlie. Blair tells John how she fought with Todd the night before. Across town, a menacing Todd corners Markko. Viki asks Natalie to go to the Bonjour Cafe while she's in Texas and look in on Moe and Noelle for her. Cole begins organizing his and Starr's new life by arranging for job interviews and appointments with a local OB/GYN.

Juanita orders a ticket to the U.S. after she gets a lead on where Pilar may be living. Gwen and Ethan find it's Gertrude in the locked bathroom. The nanny claims she sent Ethan the note to come to the room because she wanted to make up for what happened between Gwen and Ethan earlier. Gwen's suspicious but Ethan thanks her for the kind thought. Pilar panics when she learns that Juanita has escaped. She catches Theresa in the hall and explains what happened. Theresa brings Gwen and Ethan a special dessert but "Gertrude" loses her false teeth in the process.

Carly stubbornly carries on with her plan to take her incapacitated son home to his own bedroom. Jerry warns Claudia that Ian may have implicated them before he died. With just a few hours to go before his surgery, Nikolas enjoys one last stroll through the park with Emily. Elizabeth prepares to celebrate baby Jake's first birthday. At the precinct house, Alexis is exasperated by Jason's silence on the subject of Ian's partner in crime. Jax takes one last stab at dissuading his wife from bringing Michael home but Carly refuses to listen to reason.

Bill lays into Ava for telling Lizzie about his takeover hopes for Spaulding. Ava plays innocent and claims Lizzie had a right to know. She then claims she let the secret slip because of her mom but he calls her a liar. He hands her a check to cover her medical bills and tells her not to call him until the baby is born. Remy finds Ava crying and she admits that it's over between her and Bill. Later, he stops her from drinking and takes her back to the Spaulding mansion where he tells her how beautiful she is. The two start kissing and end up on the couch together.
